They didn’t explicitly order refunds to be provided though. There are separate cases requesting that as a remedy

fair, but it definitely was implied through declaring the tariffs fundamentally unconstitutional. whether that results in refunds without additional court orders is an entirely different topic though, it’s not like the federal government gives much of a shit about the “law” lol
