At the end of the day, all I’m saying is the people that are targeting us are trying to make us believe they care, when they don’t; and they’re using that party-line division to maintain their power when this is a bipartisan issue, both parties are guilty at this rate, and we should be collectively uniting because of it. It’s not left v right, it’s rich v poor and they’re trying to re-flame and empower those confederate white supremacists to further avoid their accountability, atleast imo.

I think there are some people that are horrible people that ruin it for everyone. And this goes for every situation ever I guess, like the majority can be wonderful people but then 10 trans women go into a girls bathroom and wack off, they ruin the image and that’s what gets shared to the media unfortunately. People like me have the same problem trust me because so many crimes are black. There are plenty of trans people in my area and they are working and we smile at eachother there’s no hate.

But that’s the thing, the media is singling out specific cases (and many of the times they’re not trans, just pretending to be in order to prey on women, which is a MEN issue) It’s the same issue with racism, how white people tried to objectify and vilify anyone who wasn’t civil enough, and used them as a token as “look, this is why x is bad” Like take a step back and think about it, they’re using the same exact tactics😭

We don’t have any taxpayer funded news organizations anymore (aside from maybe cspan I think, which doesn’t count too much in this context) so every single “news” source has their own underlying agenda based on their investors, and it feels like one major thing they all have in common is ensuring division amongst the masses.
