They’re way too attached to their seats but most of them come from moderate to swing districts where an extremist MAGAt would literally do worse. I simply don’t get the mentality. If I were one of them I’d simply be built different

AND the Senators, so many of them are like 6 to 4 years away from reelection. Even the Cuban Teddy bear from Texas. The senate was literally designed to be this way for this reason

I wouldn’t say so necessarily, atleast not for a lot of the senators. They got enough time to ride out his MAGA storm, their attention spans are shot to shit, 4-6 years they won’t even remember such “betrayals”
