That’s still giving her a choice. She is not being forced to make the decision either way, but it is your right to express your own emotions and make it clear how much you don’t want to be a dad right now.

I am an extremely cautious person so this is part of why I don’t do random hookups. I am paranoid about pregnancy and want to make sure I know someone well enough to know they would choose to abort it if an accident occurred.

But like essentially giving women the right to choose doesn’t mean you don’t have the right to weigh in with your opinion. It’s fully your right to make it clear what decision you want to be made, the relationship consequences of her decision, and whether or not you will actually be a dad for this child beyond the legal obligations.
