I’m worried about the wording too. the fascists are going to try and weaponize it in attempts to force a third term through a loophole, especially if they actually did (or do) succeed in their original plan to steal an election via the certification of a false/alternate slate of electors.

(especially considering how his legal team is already being very specific about how they refer to this current term. They seemingly only ever say “certified” in regards to the 2nd term, never “elected”; I’m calling it now, they’ll try to weaponize that marginal potential for a loophole (which isn’t even one) given that they’ve already infiltrated the SCOTUS)
