My city Philly is physically redlined like crazy. Vine St. Expressway is still not capped and they plowed through miles of predominantly black neighborhoods to separate it from Chinatown. Our racial isolation is only decreasing short-term from gentrification and long-term it’ll end up displacing tons of black families. Our disgrace of a mayor almost plowed Chinatown for a basketball arena for a dogshit team, and the state illegally underfunds school districts in poor areas
