I think one of his goals is to force them to quickly shut down their wells (which can cause damage) to avoid filling up all their storage. The problem is some analysts say he’s grossly underestimating their available storage, and they could do a gradual shutdown over the next month or so — which means this blockade will continue for the next month or so
