Objective morality is a Christian idea. Without objective truth, everything becomes a struggle for subjective goods. Eventually, people come to the conclusion that if an individual or group stands in the way of me and my group’s subjective good, we can use whatever means necessary to remove the threat. This is the default practice of humanity.

religion is all about controlling people tbh and if people need some made up god to tell them that murder is bad, then they need to actually use some critical thinking skills for once and come to that conclusion on their own

i mean he was an awful person but he didn’t deserve to be murdered so yes it was. i don’t feel bad for him tho because like he said, a few gun deaths are the cost of having gun rights
