The government is not oppressing you. So no one has taken away your rights. In fact, considering yourself an incel is pretty self defeatist. Plenty of us don’t look like models and yet we still can find loving partners or friends. You have to put yourself out there, be confident in your own skin, figure out what you need to change in your life to give it purpose, and build relationships whether friends or family.
