Front and center is clearly wearing soft armor also I don’t think they intend on actually using them as much as they are a show of force

“no plates” “no mag pouches” and “no reloads are all kinda irrelevant here. They’re not planning to go to war. Black Panthers arming themselves has been proven time and time again as effective. One notable one was a chapter communicating via radio when black people were getting senselessly beaten by police. They’d show up to traffic stops and police brutality magically dropped
