Idk I heard a lot about "repeal the patriot act" and such things from MAGA people during campaign season, but I think they got too blinded by the cult of personality to do anything about stuff like that

It was mostly replaced with private surveillance as far as I'm aware, but yes, according to google the parts of the act regarding bulk data collection directly by government did expire.
