So the Dougherty boy gets caught gooning in his car and gets arrested, meanwhile girls rub themselves all the time while driving and nothing ever happens to them. So much for “gender equality”.

Either way, I think rubbing yourself while driving on a public road is beyond weird. What if there’s kids in an RV or truck higher than your car and they look down and see that?
