I think it’s a sign of corporations expanding their need for resources. They are environmentally damaging for the communities they’re in, which may not be that large but is large in impact on humanity. I think it’s one of the best reasons to hate it for that, as well as it stealing information, its ability to be freely abused, its impact on our ability to think individually and personally, etc. to crack down on AI is to manage and implement regulations on corporations.
