They'd rather everyone suffer than people they don't like succeed.

Why is that? I like low taxes, small government, and empowering entrepreneurs to succeed - whether that be AI scientists we attract from all over the world, or small independent businesses.

I believe the US is the Land of Opportunity where Skin Color doesn’t matter. Where success is rewarded, not overtaxed and over regulated

Idk what fantasy you live in but this is far from the truth. Systemic racism is still very much alive and well. Also people live in this fantasy world where we live in a meritocracy but this could not be farther from the truth. We live in a society of nepotism and cretinism. I mean just look at our recent election. Kamala was by far more qualified yet the felon/racist is running the country. You can’t convince me that’s not due to racism/sexism.
