Tbf to OP they are holding peoples non abortion healthcare hostage in a lot of places. Republicans keep passing laws to shutter planned parenthood centers and similar providers if they provide abortions, meaning that many rural communities have zero access to any healthcare. Idk if that’s terrorism but it’s certainly using people’s lives and health as leverage
