It’s legal under the laws they’ve changed for themselves. Absolutely illegal under international law. Idek if I’ve seen anyone argue that international law allows this lmao

I’ve seen someone argue it but it’s in the dumbest possible way. They said that the part of the Geneva conventions where it says you can’t relocate the population of an occupied territory and settle it only applies to if you are forcibly relocating your own citizens. Forcibly relocating non-citizens is fine, so long as the citizens replacing them weren’t forced to go there.

I didn’t see anyone argue that it was legal under international law. They said it’s legal under Israeli law & that Israel didn’t agree with the international law calling it illegal 😵‍💫
