The US on average only requires ~700 hours of training for a cop while Europe requires more than 3000 hours and specialized training. No wonder our guys are cowardly fucks that start shooting when they see a black dude with his hands in his pockets or camping outside schools while a shooter slaughters kids. They can’t even give orders properly and many cases of them giving conflicting orders.

So you’re not going to comment on how we can’t train them more if they’re fucking defunded. Also go check out literally any hiring website for police officers. Have yet to encounter one that didn’t want formal education.
