Also, on the 1.5% thing, that’s 1,5% of undergrads, not 1.5% of on campus undergrads, as far as i can tell. online students (who make up the overwhelming majority of Liberty’s enrollment number) are ineligible for full ride scholarships. Liberty’s in person enrollment is about 16,000, 1.5% of 140k makes 2.1k full rides, out of a body of 16,000 eligible students.

“Virginia bob jones” is actually a decent description. Not quite as explicitly segregationist maybe but they still have gotten some headlines for the racism. Lots of safety violations, restrictive religious rules, and their old dean got into some trouble for like intoxication and cucking it was a whole thing.
