Somalis were literally scamming Minneapolis taxpayers out of over 10 million dollars. It was a scheme involving welfare given to Somali ran schools that had zero occupants. The government was writing checks to the schools but never verified enrollment. You can say a lot of things about trump but in this case he was justified in his use of law enforcement.
