I made the post and I agree for the most part. I see climate change as accelerating and making 100x worse every security issue that’s already present. Resource scarcity, conflict, forced migration, disease, infrastructure stress, etc. But nuclear weapons will always put that pure fear in me like nothing else

I figured since you put it first lol. Yeah, for sure. Climate change is the most pressing threat and there’s nothing we can even really do, personally speaking. If everyone stopped burning fossil fuels on the individual level, the climate would still get worse, because rich corpos burn multiple times what all humans individually burn

The natural disasters and heat will only get gradually worse, it will take a true SHOCK to make a lot of people understand. Personally I think it’ll be the first wave of mass migration once we see the sea level rise hitting the pacific islands and Southeast Asia
