No you’re just genuinely a statistic for poor education in the U.S. 😭 Even if it was over calculated that disease was fucking rampant and so many people died. I KNOW so many people who died and still have problems to this day because of COVID even I have problems breathing still sometimes because of it and was perfectly healthy prior. Also saying we hate you for disagreeing is stupid, I can think that you aren’t smarter than a fifth grader and not hate you. Funny how that works.
If you deny any correlation then you just don’t care about the solution. It’s disingenuous and idiotic to claim otherwise. Both are factors, but in a country where it was eradicated, it’s more than plausible to infer that importing people from 3rd world countries would contribute to the problem
Enjoy the source. https://worldpopulationreview.com/country-rankings/vaccination-rates-by-country You’ll still continue to be in denial anyways. You’re part of the problem why problem don’t get solutions. Because you only want solutions that are pretty on paper and agree with your politics
My brother in Christ. Reported cases compound over time the more you bring in at-risk people. Where is the logic? How is it that you can have a problem with unvaccinated Americans, but somehow unvaccinated immigrants pose no risk at all? Only Americans are capable of spreading disease in America? Is that a special science I haven’t heard of?
We’re talking about contributing factors here. At the end of the day 1.5k is still a small number in a country of 335M people. It doesn’t matter if “most immigrants” come from a highly vaccinated country when a significant number still come from lower ones. It is idiotic to focus 100% on one contributing factor if there is a second one starting you in the face that you refuse to do nothing about. The problem doesn’t get solved that way
We’re at all time highs in illegal immigration at a time where complacency is rising globally against measles. And somehow that’s not a concern at all. I used Somalia because someone claimed 3rd world countries have the same if not better vaccination rates. Which was false. It does NOT take a significant amount of US immigration numbers to cause a spike in measles rates
Correct, I used it because it’s a recent example under scrutiny. Does that somehow make it that there aren’t Somalian illegal immigrants? No, they’re still here. And nothing we are saying is universal. I’ll once again stress that only you are assigning universal blame. I am saying we have 2 big contributing factors that must be solved together to solve the bigger issue. And only solving one does NOTHING
