I’m seeing a disturbing amount of people (not necessarily in this group) who seem to believe that consent to sex while under the influence of drugs or alcohol is valid and meaningful consent. It is not.
Okay so this says she consented to the ORIGINAL sexual interaction (presumably with one guy) but not the others. Consent is specific. You are citing a source that says she was raped without saying that in a legally binding sense.
