Suppose you enter into an echo chamber for an interest or political leaning you have agreements with. If you’re going in to inspect, you’ll probably see a lot you agree with. But you may also see takes you think are batshit, even if you might stand on the same side of the issue. So at the moment before I could write an essay that goes past character limit, you view similar ideological biases as what you agree with and what’s flawed. But the learning comes from understanding why it’s flawed.
It bothers me and much of his base tremendously because that’s not what we voted for. And unlike the leftist cults we are actually able to criticize our leaders when they do something we don’t like (the republican unrest when he didn’t release the ep files should be proof of that) yeah it sucks he sold out Israel but what would you do if they had a gun pointed at you and your entire family? Trump knows there’s bigger fish to fry and he’s no good to anyone if he’s dead. So he’s playing it safe

I mean the rest of the world is currently working on implementing it, is it too far of a leap to expect that the guy who is best buddies with the man in charge of the AI surveillance system thats currently scraping the whole internet might also want to implement digital ID? I definitely don't think Vance has came out and said he wants to do so yet but I also don't think that's very far of a leap in logic
Let’s take guns as an example. A lot of others on both sides of the aisle could agree that there needs to be a form of education on safe handling and usage of firearms. Suppose you enter a leftwing echo chamber talking about taking away everyone’s guns. But you probably figure “that’s an unrealistic strategy that does nothing to solve gun violence.” You apply other factors for why gun violence happens that have greater bearing on the prevalence of gun violence and you get closer…
