I doubt you are someone who believes that the party switch happened so I won’t counter argue with that. But I can counter argue to you that the part about black peoples drinking at different fountains while not being enslaved is far more recent and after any sort of party switch were there even to occur therefore your point is still wrong, it was the republicans who were against that stuff
