You’d probably still get bombed by Israel

People saying “But Hamas would kill you for being gay!” really don’t understand that it’s not the gotcha they think it is. Newsflash, being bombed by Israel fucking sucks regardless of sexual orientation. That’s like comparing a nuke to a grease fire

You’d be killed by Hamas. Hope this answers your question

i’d be more likely to be killed by an israeli missle. you can’t even legally get married as a gay person in israel. hope that helps.

if you’re going to open your mouth, at least know what you’re talking about. https://www.nbn.org.il/life-in-israel/government-services/lgbtq-and-same-sex-couples-in-israel/

Israel has a regressive system where marriage only exists within religious courts. Gay people have to travel to another country to get married, and then Israel recognizes the gay marriage from that other country. What makes Israel unusual is that it has no secular marriage. Hence interfaith couples legally cannot get married in most instances. They also need to fly to another country.

Your source is wrong. I personally know a gay couple that got married in Tel Aviv

About as much proof behind that statement as me saying Netanyahu gave me sloppy toppy behind the Dennys on 16th street

Did they have their wedding in Tel Aviv? Or did they get legally married within Israel. Because the only way to legally get married while physically in Israel is online. A recent Supreme Court case legalized the use of Utah’s online marriage system for Israelis. But that’s still getting married by the state of Utah, not by Israel because Israel doesn’t have gay marriage.

The wedding was online from Tel Aviv. Getting married to someone of the same sex while in Israel is objectively legal and recognizable

https://outrightinternational.org/our-work/southwest-asia-and-north-africa/israel https://thej.org/pride-in-israel/ https://www.equaldex.com/region/israel here’s three more sources proving you wrong. and before your dumbass says anything, a civil union is not marriage. you can get married abroad and israel will recognize it, but you cannot in married in israel

So they legally had to get married by the state of Utah instead of by the Israeli government, something that only exists because of the Israeli Supreme Court given that the Knesset has voted against gay civil unions repeatedly. This is like if Virginia still made interracial marriage illegal but if you got married by Delaware it would count. That still fucking sucks.

if hamas is more likely to kill you, why are there 76 THOUSAND dead palestinians in the last 3 years and only 2000 dead israelis? seems pretty lopsided to me

You know you have an option to support neither of them?

choosing neither side is siding with the oppressor coward. you don’t have to support all of hamas’ decisions to be against israel’s colonial ethnosupremacist campaign; however, you do need to understand hamas is a resistance force against an army supplied by the largest defense spenders in the world. this is in no way an equal fight and palestinians are literally fighting to be free and to fucking live. israelis are fighting to steal land and culture.

I’m a coward because I don’t support pointless bloodshed? Also, how am I supporting oppressor if I’m supporting neither side? Hamas is a resistance force? Oh I guess them holding Palestinians hostage and executing them in the streets is what a resistance force would do.

In the Union versus the confederacy, would you remain neutral in World War II? Would you remain neutral?

And the union versus the confederacy would I remain neutral in World War II. How does that make any sense?

you’re a coward because you’ve seen the death and distruction israel has inflicted on the palestinian people and you sit here saying “erm well both sides are bad” when israel USES DOGS TO RAPE PALESTINIAN PRISONERS. THEY HAVE RAVES OUTSIDE OF OPEN AIR CONCENTRATION CAMPS. THEY HAVE “RIGHT TO RAPE” PROTESTS WHEN IDF SOLDIERS ARE ARRESTED FOR RAPING PRISONERS “TOO HARD.” that’s why you’re a coward.

And the analogy I made if by that logic he likes to remain neutral. Would he have remained neutral in the Civil War would he have remained neutral in World War II would he have remained neutral?

You support needless fighting and death it innocent people. Those Israeli hostages that were tortured and raped by Hamas. Let’s totally forget about that too. Where did you get that information that Israel has concentration camps? Again I’m a coward that doesn’t want to support needless fighting bloodshed?

What you asked wasn’t an analogy, it was a hypothetical. Also, you said “in the union vs the confederacy, would you remain neutral in World War II?”

Also, your question doesn’t make any sense. You’re trying to make a comparison with the Civil War and a world war with what’s happening in the Middle East, which aren’t even comparable. Here’s a fun fact majority of America did not want to enter into World War II until Japan attacked Pearl Harbor.
