It’s an incorrect graph. It is contradicting as a real scientific figure would not switch from race to nationality to both

And, at the end of the day this graph is still showing a severe problem in the US. If it wanted to be accurate to show race and nationality, it would show the rate of race in each country in mentioned besides the us. This is not a credible figure and cannot be used as it doesn’t show anything other than the US has a gun problem

If the problem was that having fewer gun laws means really high gun crime rates you’d expect every race to have higher gun crime than in other countries. The fact that the high rates of crime are only in some groups suggests America’s crime rates compared to Europe are not because of gun laws (which affect all groups) but something else
