How about we remove both parties, remove the Uniparty, and require at least a triumvirate of the new party’s( which can be far more fluid and hopefully change more oft than the current one)?

I don’t think the system should change to direct democracy. I like living in a republic, there are few, you can however move to a democracy with little hassle.
