Same with George Floyd if you count needle punctures from injecting fatal amounts of speedball

Yeah bro he died from drugs and not the knee on his neck. Lemme put you in that position and see how you handle it

Been there done that lol its one of the most common restraint holds on the planet. Sure it doesn't feel great but if you just take some common sense into account, someone who is unable to breathe doesn't have enough air in the lungs to yell "I can't breathe"

Yeah but he put the attacker in a restraint hold, was subsequently arrested, was deemed in the wrong for using the same knee hold on him, and given another prison term to serve

The autopsy report isn’t too flattering for Chauvin

Overdose wasn’t mentioned, cause of death was neck compression

Public ones that were swayed to appease the mob rule in Minneapolis aren't, private ones conducted by experts are.

While overdose may have been failed to be listed for a reason as cause of death in some reports, all reports show a level of fentanyl and methamphetamine present that is capable of killing someone.

Haven’t seen any release of private autopsies

the private autopsies said that he would’ve died later but he did die specifically due to the cops actions. Try again lolol

If he had a fatal amount of fent he wouldn’t be able to even stand up, let alone resist arrest against multiple people

Regardless Chauvin is made out to be some murderer when in reality he accidentally killed a drug addict who was overdosing on a speedball in an attempt to place him under arrest

wait you said “punctures” but that would mean he’d have an extra hole more than women u did the racism wrong

Well that’s just the defense attorney’s argument on behalf of Chauvin. Doesn’t seem to have an alternate autopsy, just goes off of the official one

You seem to fail to grasp the use of "punctures" coming after the word "count"

wouldn’t it be “count the needle puncture” instead bc it’s just one not several punctures no?

I think of the idea of whether or not you count them as being a general notion, not just ascribed to this particular situation, and worded it as such

hold on you shared a headline about the defense attorneys argument and then shared a statement from their argument, and act like that has any weight against the data and the actual outcome of the trial? yea i spoke to ted bundys lawyers and they say he didnt do it. im gonna now argue forever saying exactly that because its as solid as steel

It would be illegal for them to use something false as their defense in court, regardless of whose lawyer they are. I agree though that it is a very compelling argument as to Chauvin not substantially causing Floyd's death in a manner more meaningful than the speedball.

A murderer is someone who kills someone illegally, which Chauvin did. You crying about a term correctly used doesn’t invalidate the usage or the conviction.

I'd give it manslaughter at best

Because you’re a racist scumbag who doesn’t value all people the same based on immutable traits. Chauvin’s a murderer, and he’s gonna be treated as such. You can bitch and moan all you want, but all it does is show how much of a piece of shit you are. You complaining about fair wages or healthcare? No. You’re complaining that the racist killer cop is facing accountability.
