don’t get me wrong, insanely and utterly dangerous, but it doesn’t mean people can’t learn if they actually put the effort in (and follow safety procedures) off the top of my head, there’s actually been 2 kid-to-young teens (I can’t remember their ages) that both individually build miniature nuclear fission reactors by themselves (but if I remember correctly, only one of them did it safely and the other had radiation leaks…so….)

(correction, more than two, but I believe David Hahn from the 90s was the one who accidentally had radiation leakage and was investigated by the EPA lmao)
