Sure, but the Atate of Israel gave him a reason. I’m not saying it was justified, or he had a good reason. He did it, and he bears the final responsibility, but there were contributing factors.

I mean, arguably America deserved it and Americans didn’t. The people who died on that day did nothing to ‘deserve’ the attack, but the country that devoted massive amounts of time and effort to meddling in the affairs of sovereign nations with the express goal of destabilizing the region for financial gain, deserved some form of retribution. If I remember correctly Piker clarified that is what he meant, and I think it’s a fair point.
