If you weren’t one of the people saying “Maduro wasn’t perfect”, this wasn’t about you. This was about leftists on here giving the most milquetoast criticism of Maduro when they’ve used much stronger rhetoric for many others

I’m pretty sure people are leading their posts with that because unless they do they’ll have a bunch of illiterates jumping on them for criticizing the US’s actions without also shitting on Maduro

International criminals should be tried by the International Court. Maduro had a US warrant out for his arrest, but try to have someone extradited from a nation when they’re the one in charge. While it was fundamentally impossible to have him arrested by any other means and while most ppl agree that regime change was in order, it should not have been done through forceful US intervention. That’s the entire disconnect here.

I’m very aware. This post was specifically about people such as orangutan who were previously dismissing Maduro’s human rights violations with “well they were reported by western sources” and EXPLICITLY said “Maduro isn’t perfect”
