Are we being so fr rn? I’m a liberal but😭 he’s doing a regular salute he’s just not doing it the right way probably because he doesn’t care enough. Media took a picture of the end of the salute so it looked like a nazi salute this is the laziest propaganda attempt i’ve ever seen dawg his hand isn’t even all the way horizontal nor is his arm fully extended and you don’t start a nazi salute at your forehead.

“I’m a liberal but” Be so fr. If you extended your arm out straight and upwards to finish a salute in any branch of the US military, your drill sergeant would beat the fucking brakes off you. No branch of the military salutes that way. Starting at attention and ending with a fully extended arm is a slap in the face of any service member and is quite literally a hybrid between a (poor form) standard salute and a Nazi one.

So is it a salute or is he giving directions with his hands? I watched the video, and he goes 🫡🙋‍♂️ Afterwards, he brings his hand down. Then, he raises it back up to start giving hand signals. He points to himself, then forward. He raises his finger and waives it in a circle (with his elbow, not even a wrist gesture lmao). Then the most damning part of this is the end. HE WAIVES HIS ARM TO GO THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION OF WHERE HE WAS SALUTING

Also, this isn’t the first time he’s done an IDENTICAL gesture. Footage from October exists of him with a raised fist, bringing it to his forehead in a salute, then extending his flat hand straight and upwards, similar to a Nazi salute. He has adopted his own salute.
