Alright, so my point completely went over your head. One is a protest against state-sanctioned police violence that has a track record of killing innocent people, and the other is an insurrection against our democracy because a geriatric rapist told them to. Please see reason.

Occupying a police department? Because its officers keep killing innocent citizens with no meaningful consequences? Seems more than warranted to me. It’s not like the insurrectionists were suffering the consequences of state-sanctioned violence.

You’re still not understanding. Protesting state-sanctioned violence is actually the pinnacle of democracy. Trying to overturn a fair election is not. I genuinely wish I could help you see this, but you don’t seem open to reassessing your biases.
