what the fuck. im op and that is not what i meant lmao. im talking about how people tend to argue the same and run themselves in circles. that conversations fail to be constructive because it devolves into an emotional battle and people get completely lost in the semantics….

explicitly stating the patterns you’re noticing would help, its just an unfortunate overlap with antisemitic dogwhistles

like to exaggerate, its like having a swastika on your hat but when people ask about it you explain how you’re using it in the spiritual context, which im sure is fine, but needs special consideration when theres the overlap which you may or may not be aware of, so sometimes conflict and explanations are inevitable

i get that its an exaggeration, but im quite literally using basic english words at their literal definition. and i think the necessary context was given when i said “its hard to engage in political debate on here”. anti semitism “the great noticing” shit usually isnt in reference to arguments between citizens, its more government or whatever

because theyre not just patterns a couple random patterns. its THE patterns that can be seen even in different kinds of conversation. something comparable to logical fallacies. theyre flaws that come up in different circumstances, and on entirely different topics, that are overall connected by them being these principle devolutions. theyre THE patterns. the official patterns ™️. ive never seen anti semites use that tm emoji, i use it often whenever im talking abt smth overarching

i can understand asking if i meant smth bad by this, but it seems liek youre implying i should have known not to word it the way i did, when i was literally just using english words the correct way

i dont like the idea that we cant use certain words because some bad communities have chosen them. i didnt say “the great noticing” i just used “notice”
