Are you talking about like a wrongful deportation? That’s happened before obviously, at least ~70ish times. Your life is basically screwed, but if you have money, eventually, you should be able to get back into the US

If you don’t have money, then you’re screwed. Even if the government admits wrongdoing, that doesn’t mean that they will necessarily let you back in, unless you have good lawyers who will sue the crap out of the US government.
