There were 2 goals for the war… Eliminate Hamas and bring back the hostages Only the second was achieved. That’s why some ministers want the war to continue, so they can finish off Hamas once and for all and actually try and have peace

Well many on the Israeli left agree with you, but the government’s goals have been clear from the beginning of having both those goals. They believe there can’t be peace with Hamas at all esp after Oct 7
