Incredibly insulting to Stalin and Chairman Mao. They’re basically the opposite of Trump/hitler/etc.

China and the USSR were objectively not governed as dictatorships. Stalin and Mao did not constitute the entirety of the decision making power of their entire countries. Also, the U.S has killed far, far more than 60 million civilians, whether through military force (Vietnam, Korea, Afghanistan), regime change (Chile, Guatemala, Venezuela), economic sabotage (any socialist country), diplomatic isolation (Cuba, North Korea).

Ideologically sure but I think it’s more relevant that they’re all mass murdering dictators and that’s what matters

Mao and Stalin were not mass murderers or dictators. Most of the deaths recorded for either one is from famine and/or war. If this makes them mass murderers then every leader who has presided over a war or famine the same

A) they directly caused those famines, the holodomor was not an accident, neither was the great leap. B) they both carried out extensive political purges which killed about a million apiece

No individual has ever directly caused a famine. It’s a result of larger conditions. Secondly why don’t you check the numbers on how many people American presidents have ordered the military to kill overseas. It’s more than Stalin and Mao combined

I somehow doubt the US military is responsible for 60 million civilian deaths. And yes, they did cause those famines. Stalin stealing grain from the Ukrainians for export instead of using it to feed Soviets, Mao ordering farmers to stop farming. That is how one man creates a famine.
