Ok well you have mistaken my fascination with disparagement. I can’t control if you are offended by comment. But I can tell you it is a bit silly to have a spat with myself when someone quoted this post with the twin towers. I get that looks like red herring. But there is a demonstrable contrast in intent between my comment and that other post.

There’s no problem man, idk what they’re on about, just ignore it. Not Arab or Iranian personally, but I believe his name means “Muhammad, son of Khalaf, descendant/associated with the Marzuban." With Muhammad meaning praiseworthy, Khalaf meaning successor, and Marzuban meaning guardian of the borders. This is a little blurb abt the guy from Google:
