How many mental disorders have you and your friends been diagnosed with?😂im guessing at least half have some form of depression, or anxiety. I’m SO glad I don’t live a life in fear of a “hell” and in fear of a “loving god” who will send you there just because you don’t love him back. Your god is worse than an abusive father but you’re too far gone to understand that, just like most abuse victims. You’re the only one with an ego thinking you’re above everyone for your beliefs in one god out of 18,000 in the world 💀💀💀

Bruh. What is this accusation stemming from? In the Quran, Jesus is literally mentioned and was born from a virgin. It’s just he’s not the messiah, simply a prophet. This joke of a religion, that spreads violence across the globe, is another reason to believe in the one and only. He also appears in Buddhism, Manichaeism and Sikhism, among many others.

No I think it’s very correctly represented given all the Bible actually says and justifies. The Bible teaches to marry women you rape and many other horrid ways of being. Love is not the center of the Bible to any degree, so imo, it’s correctly represented by bigoted thinking.

The Quran is as violent as the Bible and Torah. Each are dumb and unnecessary and spread through colonialism. I am not defending any of these religions. If you actually do your research, you’ll find out that many many Bible concepts were taken from older stories and religions. They aren’t even original concepts and they were stolen. But I’m sure you’re too scared to find those things out through research because it might shake your world view.

Yeah I’m disengaging because you’re very much not willing to learn anything and do real research. The Bible was written by different human beings over 400 years and you don’t think people changed it as they went to fit their own personal narratives? News flash: they did, and so many of these changes are traceable. Matthew Mark Luke and John didn’t even exist. These texts were fully anonymous and so people gave the script writers names as they went. Again, education is a powerful thing.

Did the part about 99.5% texturally pure go over your head? And clearly they weren’t full of crap if 25,000 historic sites from the Bible have been found. Obviously there is truth in there. And explain the sulfur found on Sodom and Gomorrah. The Bible said God raining burning sulfur to destroy the city. The sulfur from that biblical city, has a different mineral composition than any other sulfur on the planet.

I actually cackled that you brought up the shroud of Turin. Every decent scholar knows it’s a medieval creation based on the weave type, radiocarbon dating, and historical record. The first historical mention of the shroud was the Bishop of Troyes calling it a forgery in 1389 lol.

What is “textually pure” even supposed to mean lol. We know the Bible was written by numerous different authors over several centuries. I bet the Lord of the Rings is “textually pure.” Sodom and Gomorrah have been tentatively connected to Numeira and Bab edh-Dhra but that’s not conclusive. And those cities were both abandoned 250 years apart.

Shroud of Turin has DNA from all over the world In equal concentrations. How is that possible? Wouldn’t you expect mainly one type of DNA? Also the image on the shroud of the face of Jesus is a negative image, the only thing that existed at the time were positive images. And the blood stayed red, do to compound released by the body under extreme stress, hinting at crucification. And they found large amounts of pollen mainly from the plant thought to be shaped into his crown of thorns. Based on..

So may I ask you. Do you believe in Alexander the Great and if so why not Jesus? Also, you never mentioned anything related to the several thousand archeological sites found in relation to the TRUTH put forward in the Bible. Truth be told. Everything I’ve said is not the reason I believe in him. I can feel him, and I used to not be able to. but to feel him you have to faith, and I don’t know how to start people down that road.

I think Jesus likely existed. There were large number of Jewish preachers active at that time. Dositheos, John the Baptist, Ha-Mitzri. Jesus was part of a larger religious trend, it’s just that his sect is the one that became most popular. It wasn’t the only one to survive though, John the Baptist had followers who were not absorbed into the growing Christian movement. They are still around today as the Mandaeans.

DNA from all over the world??? That’s just untrue lol. You can make negative images. It seems the shroud was probably made by dying over a carved relief. All the stuff of the shroud indicates a later date. They did not have that type of weave in first century Judea. People were not buried in a single flat sheet. Jesus wouldn’t even have looked like that. Why do you care about the shroud so much? It’s an obvious fake, the Bishop of Troyes knew that.

Cameras did not exist back then, and there is no reason for an artist to create an image that could not be seen or interpreted by the human eyes. Also the 3D nature of the garment, where the image intensity varies inversely with the distance from the body, no human art work can replicate that because it’s a negative. To make a high resolution neg with no distortion the image would need to be vertically collimated, so how’s it 3D? They examined the shroud and found no residues of paints or dyes.

Also what does the Bishop of Troyes know. The negative image wasn’t found until the 1800s. Also I just told you they carbon dated a patch made to the garment several hundred years later. It needs to be done again with another section of the garment.

Like you can even look at the history of artistic depictions of Jesus and trace when the bearded long haired image popular in Europe became commonplace. The Jesus we see in the shroud of Turin is what Europeans depicted Jesus as at the time (and today). It’s not what Jesus was originally depicted as. In art, Jesus was beardless for the first 3 centuries. Him becoming long-haired and bearded was an artistic divergence to make him resemble Greek philosophers.
