a criminal conviction is legally impossible as the statute of limitations has passed, since you’re unaware how our legal system works. A civil case is the only form possible for him to be charged for said crime, given the time, and the Supreme Court already refused his appeal upholding his conviction as a sexual assaulter and rapist.
