Dating preferences are not homophobic. You can be picky on the sexual orientation of your partner because that’s the entire point. What is homophobic is when preferences occur outside of dating.

They assume everyone who does gay sex is a bottom and therefore emasculating, when that’s not even close to true. If a bi person wants to be in a (potentially sexual) relationship with a straight woman it’s probably fair to assume that they’re not going to be a bottom (verse at most)
