“Never wanted to work for the Nazis” is very easy to claim after the Nazis are starting to be executed for their crimes.

I’m not saying they are all guilty, I have family members who were conscripted into the Wehrmacht, but some of the American operation paperclip people were not innocent and given the British government committed their own forced starvation campaign during ww2 I’m not sure we should assume Britain was stringent in their standards.

You are genuinely idiotic if you think that’s fake. Scientists were kidnapped and forced to build weapons and rockets for the Nazis. Wernher Von Braun for example. He dreamed of traveling to space. When his V2 rocket hit London, he famously noted “the rocket performed perfectly, it just landed on the wrong planet”. Operation paperclip allowed for high intelligent and valuable scientists to continue making amazing discoveries. Those same scientists led to the creation of the phone you’re using.
