Planned parenthood can’t even use federal funding for abortion services either silly. It goes to cancer screenings, STI testing, contraceptives. Reimbursement grants are primarily specific to family planning and preventative health services. Relax you’re not paying for peoples abortions

Ectopic pregnancy is still an abortion by definition goofy. Patau can be found at 11-14 weeks and abortion is more humane than making it suffer for the extremely short time it could live. Most don’t even make it to birth and require an abortion. Not to mention most people wouldn’t be able to afford the care to provide any sort of quality of life. A lot of people can’t just stop their treatment and even then you’re not supposed to carry until 1-2 years after treatment ceases
