It wasn’t actually out. I know it looks like it from the angle but you can see he reaches to his holster the moment she puts it in drive. Granted like .25 seconds later it’s clear she wasn’t trying to hit him so actually firing wasn’t a good decision

No yeah this is definitely a case of improper/inadequate training. But I do believe he (falsely) was under the impression his life was in danger. Again though, a better trained person wouldn’t have shot in the first place, let alone 3 times and twice into the side window
