I want to start compiling a list of some large companies that are actually moral enough to support (Obviously none are perfect but are at least significantly more moral than their competition where it counts, not just in their words) Feel free to pitch!

Also, I do think that Little Caesar’s and Panda Express deserve mentions, no sell out, still family owned, they do a lot for charity and good causes. Panda Express is amazing for community fundraising (my own university clubs use them) and Little Caesar’s helped take care of Rosa Parks while she was still alive

Southwest was mostly good (promoting instead of hiring from outside, good customer service, bags fly free) until they were taken over by Elliott Management (activist shareholder). They had some shady safety culture though

Get the app “Boycat”! It allows you to scan barcodes to see if said companies support Israel or not. I use it when shopping all the time

I hear people talking about them as moral a lot, but what specifically have they been doing other than keeping good prices that makes them significantly moral?

They aren’t just good prices. They’ve been eating some of the tariffs and also refused when a Citibank analyst said they should pass on the increased cost of fresh produce a few years ago. Their workers are paid pretty well too, relative to their peers

They also pay their workers living wages and aren’t super against unions and workers rights :)

I use that! And I have lots of lists for bad companies but I specifically want a list of companies worth going out of my way to *support*

Yeah, I do still choose to use them because they are still much better than any other browser company I could use

You might like “the downfall of Southwest Airlines” by Wendover Productions but idk if they discuss the safety issues. I got that impression from some other aviation videos

You have to watch it, Jetlag is an amazing game show, they promote public/mass transit, and do carbon offsets when they travel (+ are generally very good about not wasting food, and being very conscious of their actions)
