Why do libertarians only get mad about stuff like age of consent laws and Medicaid existing and not stuff like the police being militarized? Like guys you’re going it wrong

Yeah back in my libertarian days I remember a video from Reason magazine about police militarization resonated with me. But there’s a lot of fake libertarians.

We gotta remember big L Libertarians (part of the party and tend to just be angry republicans) and little l libertarians (as in people who are on the opposite side of the political compass as authoritarian) are different. Libertarians are always libertarian, if ya get what I mean
