It's quite literally the opposite. Far more similar to when I'm like 'You're one of the good ones' to a yt person. Bc there's a lot of fucked up yt ppl, and they have a very bad track record with my people. So I have a general distrust. Same with men.

I’m a leftist. I think that there is a very loud minority of people on the left that attempt to blame systems of racism and misogyny on people who did not create it. Like the viral “who set that system up” thing that some people now say when men talk about things that are a result of the patriarchy negatively impacting them. It does in fact alienate young men of all races.

Hate to break it to you brodie but demonizing a rather large demographic on a platform that pushes that content to young men might be a bad idea if you don’t want young men to fall down the pipeline. As corny as it sounds, your feelings about it don’t matter here. We KNOW this rhetoric pushes young men to the right because we literally watched it happen to a solid chunk of our generation a decade ago.
