To be completely fair I judge how I perceive loss morally though, it does make a difference to me whether the person aligned with my own beliefs, and I don't judge who should live or die based on my own moral judgement of them in that same way

So don't mourn them, but you still can't frame the death of people because of what they believe as a good thing in my mind. That's not a judgement we as society deserve to make. If they have actually directly harmed others, convict them of their crimes.
