I miss Biden's economy. His policies were finally starting to fix the damage from trump's first term until trump tanked the economy again.

In the 2024 election, the average American was worse off than he was 4 years prior. Because the economy was functioning, it was just functioning for the rich instead of the average Joe. So when Dems were like “the economy is good rn” during the election, that shit rang completely hollow. Obviously Trump was lying about helping the average Joe with their problems, but lying about that is better strategy than pretending there are no problems.
