Because the Tanakh is treated as a sociopolitical doctrine. Gods law is used as justification for everything (which is where the ____ was promised 10000 years ago) because it’s laughable as an excuse because they have zero moral or logical justification

yep! and the fact that that it’s been corrupt from the very beginning is smth that’s rlly overlooked. but still they want to ignore all of that and deny the fact that a genocide exists, bc they know that if they acknowledge it and justify it they’ll sound beyond inhumane (which they are), and all of the (nonexistent) logic in their argument will be proven invalid- and they know it already is

It’s fascinating to me how someone the holocaust gives them a monopoly on suffering when there were more native Americans murdered by the US government than Jews murdered in Nazi Europe

EXACTLY like yes the holocaust was bad. no one is denying that. the issue lies with the fact that one can feel so strongly against that genocide while simultaneously trying so hard to justify the current one in gaza. it’s just picking and choosing based off of religion
